Iv0040 is a camelid-derived nanobody fused to a mouse IgG Fc fragment, designed to enhance stability and extend its in vivo half-life. It exhibits a high binding affinity to PD-L1, with a measured dissociation constant (KD) of 0.5 nM. Iv0040 can be effectively used for noninvasive imaging of PD-L1 expression in tumor-bearing mice through SPECT/CT, enabling real-time monitoring of PD-L1 distribution within the tumor microenvironment.
