Iv0010 is a PD-1–blocking monoclonal antibody used as the parental reference for evaluating PD-1–targeting Pb-Tx. In MC38 tumor–bearing mice, Iv0010 shows strong antitumor activity and performs comparably to the PD-1 Pb-Tx both as monotherapy and in combination with anti–CTLA-4. It also supports durable immunologic memory, enabling complete responders to reject tumor rechallenge.
