10A7 is a mouse IgG2 monoclonal antibody that specifically targets TIGIT. This antibody has been utilized to block TIGIT signaling in regulatory T cells (Tregs) as well as in chronically stimulated CD8+ T cells, providing a valuable tool for studying TIGIT-mediated immunoregulatory pathways.
