AR9.6 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting MUC16, with preclinical efficacy against MUC16-associated cancers. It binds strongly to the SEA domain 5 tandem repeat region of MUC16, reduces pancreatic cancer (PDAC) cell migration, and mediates tumor cell killing via ADCC and CDC. In orthotopic PDAC mouse models, AR9.6 significantly decreases tumor growth and proliferation.
