SDS-PAGE for Endo S2/Endo-beta-N-acetylglucosaminidase | Human IgG1 was incubated with (+) or without (-) Endo S2 and analyzed by reducing SDS–PAGE. A reduced molecular weight of the heavy chain was observed in the Endo S2–treated group.
