RGD环肽：环七肽c(GRGDSPA)
描 述：It has been demonstrated that the RGD-containing peptide, c(GRGDSPA), inhibited the binding of fibronectin to stimulated platelets with IC₅₀= 0.223 µM. c(GRGDSPA) also blocked thrombin-induced platelet aggregation with IC₅₀= 32 µM, but was less potent than native fibronectin in this respect.
