  • 描述
    The peptide aldehyde Ac-IETD-CHO corresponds to one of the cleavage sites of the inactive 32 kD caspase-3 precursor (amino acids 172-175). In a concentration range of 0.5 µM, Ac-IETD-CHO.blocked the formation of the p17 subunit and concomitantly ind
