生物活性 　 Cy5-SE (Cy5 NHS Ester) triethylamine salt is a reactive dye for the labeling of amino-groups in peptides, proteins, and oligonucleotides. Cy5-SE triethylamine salt is ideal for very cost-efficient labeling of soluble proteins, as well as all kinds of peptides and oligonucleotides Ex=649 nm; Em=670 nm).

SELP 类似物与 Cy5-SE 的缀合。
1. 将 1 mL 溶于 100 mM 碳酸氢钠缓冲液（pH 8.3）的 100 μg/mL SELP 溶液与 10 μL 溶于 DMSO 的 1.2 mg/mL Cy5 单 NHS-酯混合，并在冰上孵育 2 小时。
2. 向反应溶液中加入 50 μL 1 M Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) 以猝灭反应。
3. 将反应混合物上样到 1.5 mL Sephadex G-25 柱上，并通过在 1050g[1] 下离心 3 分钟来洗脱 Cy5 缀合的 SELP。
