Acridine Orange 10-Nonyl Bromide 是心磷脂的荧光探针 (λex：489 nm，λem：525 nm)，可用于定量离体线粒体中的心磷脂[1]。当 Acridine Orange 10-Nonyl Bromide 与心磷脂相互作用时，染料激发和发射波长分别从 496 和 525 nm 变为 450 和 640 nm。添加到 Acridine Orange 10-Nonyl Bromide (45 μM) 中的薄壁囊泡中心磷脂 (0 至 30 μM) 和其他酸性磷脂的量增加会根据脂质体组成改变在 640 nm 处测量的红色荧光发射[2]。
